I once told a physician that I used a implement for seismic activity. (Not a dedicated design FTR). He assumed I used it for penetration. I informed him. He told me he was quite sure my seismic results were vaginal, even though I repeatedly explained in differing ways that nothing was going there. He insisted. I gave up. “Seismic activity” has a lovely ring to it, Jilla.

This may be one of only a handful of cases in which Law = Truth 🙂

You know I just have to amend this. “Bitter”.

Correct me if I am etymologically wrong, but I thought you could only be bitter when you didn’t get something that was justifiably expected.

    Hahaha. LOL

Yeah dammit, I expected an orgasm for my troubles!
My ex-het life was littered with examples of “well dude, you got yours, now where is mine???”

Trouble is, when we’re het, we think the orgasm doesn’t count unless it happens when we’re in the presence of a male.

I never expected or desired an orgasm at any time when I was with a male. So I never missed it.

However, the spin cycle on the washing machine came as a pleasant surprise to me. 😛

The impression I got was that men don’t want us to have orgasms (I did plenty of fieldwork study at one point).

One time I was beating eggwhites with an electric beater, and I had the bowl on my lap. That’s what known as the joy of cooking. 🙂

Males are so ego-centric. They can’t even fathom that something that feels good to them might not feel good to someone else.

I do feel lucky that my generation came of age during a good period of sex information. Masters and Johnson, Shere Hite, Dr. Ruth. People were talking about the clitoris and the vaginal orgasm had been debunked (at least temporarily…why these things don’t ever completely die is beyond me). When my age group was sexually active, it was considered almost obligatory to give the woman an orgasm. Any male that had a dislike of cunnilingus was considered undateable. I feel bad for the girls growing up now what with porn being everywhere and the dudes being completely clueless, not to mention all the emphasis on anal sex.

You know, I look back on that time period and I wonder how I even found those hairy, ugly ol’ beasts attractive. I can’t even fathom it now.

Too right Delphyne. And when that teeny era of cunnilingus knowing got too uncomfortable for them, they headed right for the asshole, which they recognized as kin.
